Matthew 11:28
Come to me, all who labor and are heavily laden, and I will give you rest.
When you try to work out things on your own, you are only setting yourself up for frustration, depression, and setbacks.
Jesus knows how overburdened and stressed you are, and He is drawing you into His gentle and loving presence because He wants to listen to you.
